For carriers

Tell us the market. We’ll tell you who opens it, and how fast.

15 stations, 588 delivery reps, and a standing crew of 121 we can put on the road for a launch without thinning a single route that runs today.

The network

Where we run, and what that puts in reach.

Solid marks are stations running today. Hollow marks are markets an existing station can already drive to.

Launch capacity

What every station can put on the road.

A hub anchors a region and carries the crew that opens the next one. A spoke runs its own market and backs up its neighbour. Neither sends anyone until the station it leaves is still covered.

How a market opens

A crew, a van, and a morning that starts on time.

The launch standard

What has to be true before we open anything.

The same test for every market, published so you can hold us to it. A market that fails one of these does not open, whoever is asking.

  1. 01

Within 10 hours of a station we run. 7 preferred.

A launch crew that cannot drive home is a crew on a hotel bill, and a hotel bill is what makes a launch quietly fail in month three. Inside the preferred window a crew rotates home weekly and the market stands up on its own far sooner.

  2. 02

No closer than 3 hours to a competing carrier's station.

Two operators inside the same labour market bid each other up and neither keeps a roster. We decline those markets rather than take them and hand you a staffing problem six months later.

  3. 03

Room to grow to 5,000 packages a day.

A market has to be able to carry a full station eventually, or the launch cost never earns itself back. We will open at 3,000 on ownership's signature where the growth is evidenced, and not below it.

  4. 04

Never more than a third of any station's people.

The crew that opens your market comes out of a station that still has its own routes to run that morning. A third is the ceiling, and the station's ability to cover its current volume is the test that sits above it: fail that, and the crew does not leave, whatever the arithmetic says.

  5. 05

The sending station keeps its own coverage first.

No crew is released while its home station is short, in peak, or inside its own first ninety days. A station that cannot cover itself is not a launch source, whatever its headcount.

  6. 06

One launch at a time out of any single station.

A station that has just given up a third of its people is rebuilding. It does not give up another crew until the first market it opened is running without help.

  7. 07

Certified reps only, and a named lead on the ground.

A launch crew is drawn from reps in good standing who have already run the standard somewhere else, with a station lead who stays until the market can be handed to someone local. We do not open a market with people who learned the job in it.

Every figure above is a standing rule, not a target. Where ownership signs off on an exception, it is recorded against that market and the reason travels with it.

Open markets

What we can open from where we already are.

Every market below is inside the drive limit from a station running today. The crew is what that station can field under the standard, not what it would like to send.

Cover

Stations close enough to carry each other.

A surge, a weather day, a route that loses its driver at six in the morning. These pairs are inside a day's drive of one another, which is how a bad morning in one market stops being your problem.

Pairs inside four hours can move people the same morning. The rest are a next-day answer, which is still an answer.

Next step

Name the market and the volume.

We will tell you which station opens it, how many people it fields, and what the first ninety days look like. If it fails the standard above, we will tell you that instead.
