Privacy Policy

Last updated September 22, 2026

Short version: we collect what we need to consider you for a route, contract with you and pay you. We keep it secure, we don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for advertising.

01Who this covers

This policy covers this website, the driver pre-qualification form, and the onboarding forms we send to people who pass a phone screen. “We” means the company named at the top of this page.

It covers three groups: people browsing the site, people applying to drive, and independent contractors who deliver with us.

02What we collect

Browsing the site: we do not ask you for anything. We measure how the public pages are used with Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and a few named actions (such as starting an application) without cookies and without identifying you; it does not follow you to other sites and we do not run advertising trackers. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.

When you apply to drive, you give us:

  • Your legal name, mobile number, email address and home address
  • The location you want to work from, your availability and earliest start date
  • Answers about eligibility: driver’s licence, vehicle, work authorization, willingness to complete a background check, experience and certifications
  • How you heard about us
  • Your typed signature on our confidentiality agreement, with the date and time you signed
  • Your text-message consent choices

If you move forward to onboarding, we also collect what is needed to contract with and pay you: Social Security or taxpayer identification number, date of birth, driver’s licence details, bank account and routing numbers for payment, tax forms such as a W-9, proof of commercial auto insurance, and the results of motor-vehicle-record and background checks you authorize.

When you contact us by email, phone or text, we keep that correspondence.

03How we use it

  • To review your application, schedule a phone screen and tell you what happens next
  • To verify that you are eligible, licensed, insured and cleared to deliver
  • To set up, manage and pay independent contractors, and to meet tax and record-keeping obligations
  • To schedule work and send operational messages
  • To keep our site and systems secure and to prevent fraud
  • To comply with the law and with our obligations to the carriers whose packages we deliver

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

04Text messages

If you consent on the application, we send text messages about your application, scheduling, next steps and work-related updates. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.

  • Message frequency varies with where you are in the process and how often you work.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

05Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to run the business:

  • Service providers that host our site and database and deliver our email and text messages, under terms that limit them to working on our behalf
  • Background-check, motor-vehicle-record, insurance-verification and payment providers, when you have authorized the check or the payment
  • Carriers we deliver for, to the extent they require it to confirm that the people handling their packages are vetted, insured and certified
  • Government agencies, courts or others when the law requires it, or to protect people, property or our legal rights
  • A successor business, if the company is sold or reorganized, under this same policy

06How we protect it

Access to applicant and contractor records is limited to the staff who need it, behind individual logins. Sensitive identifiers — Social Security or taxpayer ID numbers, dates of birth, driver’s licence numbers and bank account numbers — are encrypted by our application before they are stored.

No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

07How long we keep it

We keep application records for as long as your application is active and for a reasonable period afterward in case you reapply or a question arises. We keep contractor, payment and tax records for as long as the law and our contracts require. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

08Cookies and your device

The public site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics do not set any. The application form saves your progress in your own browser’s storage so you can stop and pick it back up; that saved progress stays on your device and is cleared when you submit or start over. Staff who sign in to our operations system receive a session cookie that keeps them signed in.

09Your choices and rights

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it
  • Ask us to delete it, subject to the records we are legally required to keep
  • Withdraw an application at any time
  • Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will not treat you differently for making one.

10Children

The site and the application are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell active applicants and contractors directly.
